Challenge

The brand and website were newly redesigned but there was a lack of awareness. Traffic and sales were low so a new strategy was needed. Even though there was a recent redesign, there was still a lack of a more modern shopping experience.

Solution

I was brought on to devise a strategy. After looking through all the aspects of the website, I devised a quarterly plan to increase awareness, traffic and sales. This involved an in depth SEO breakdown, the introduction of consistent email marketing and upgrading the shopping experience on the website.

Outcome

Since the beginning of the year, we have created 5 new shopping experiences, maintained a monthly campaign sales strategy and improved Google search results. Our efforts increased the yearly sales by 21% which is fantastic.
